The Fremont council is currently comprised of 10 local PTA/PTSAs located in
Fremont NE. They are Bell Field, Clarmar, Davenport, Fremont Middle School, Grant, Howard, Linden, Milliken Park, Platteville, and Washington. We have four meetings a year, a holiday party, and a spring banquet. Please check back often

Fremont PTA Council and Fremont Area Art Association Partner for the Arts

The PTA Council and Fremont Area Art Association have partnered up to offer Art workshops. The first workshops happened Saturday October 3rd. Preschool through 8th grade Fremont Students came to the Art Association to learn about Photography and Literature. Fremont Tribune Photographer Chris Bristol taught students all about photograpy as Nancy Kloke told stories and taught the students that real life events can easily be written down and turned into stories. The students were then equipped with a goody bag of supplies to help them start their reflections projects.Â
Saturday October 17th will be our next weekend of art workshops. Students will have the opportunity to learn about Visual Arts and Musical Composition. We are still accepting regestrations for this weekend, so sign up today. These workshops are free! The Fremont Area Art Association also offers classes throughout the year for a small fee. Please visit their website to sign up!
